HELP GROW THE VOICE OF TGA AND SAVE!

Tour Guides Australia is excited to announce the launch of our new Member Referral Program.

The program rewards members who refer guides who successfully become members of TGA – and it also rewards those new members who sign up.

All members of the Tour Guides Australia are invited to refer a friend or industry colleague and strengthen the voice of the national peak body for tour guides.

The greater our collective voice, the more successful we can be to advocate on a diverse range of issues for the benefit of the entire profession; provide tour guides with greater resources and build a community of tour guides ready to provide world class services to the tourism industry.

As well as the member incentive, by referring people we all know, we will establish greater connections in the membership and help onboard new members more successfully through their buddies.

How to claim your referral credit

  • Refer a friend or colleague to join Tour Guides Australia.

  • Ensure your Referral person quotes your full name and TGA Membership Number on their application under “How did you hear about TGA?”

  • Professional Guides are eligible for 20% or $54 membership credit for each successful referred member – successfully refer five new members and your next annual membership is free!

  • Affiliate Members are also eligible for 20% or $10 membership credit for each successful referral.

  • New TGA members also receive the equivalent 20% discount on their initial first year membership


Terms and conditions
  1. New member referrals are un-capped – you can refer as many new members as you like. However you can only receive five membership credits per year to a total value of 100% of your next membership fee and additional referrals do not roll over into the following year (see Point 4 below)
  2. Only current TGA financial members are eligible for the membership credit.
  3. All newly referred members must successfully join TGA and the 20% credit will be applied to your initial membership fee.
  4. This is a promotion and ends 15 December, 2024
