The best job in the world is calling!

Tour Guiding Fundamentals is a three-day micro credential training course for people wanting to develop foundational knowledge and skills to enter this exciting workforce.

The course is conducted over four days with theory on days 1 (homework is required), 2 and 4 (AM) with students undertaking independent field-based research on Day 3 to develop their 15 minute tour for delivery on Day 4 (PM).

Fundamentals  is affordable, compact, practical and is led by qualified trainers working in the industry and will equip new tour guides with the basics to get started in your new career.

TGA’s industry-led course gives successful participants entry level skills into the current tour guiding environment. It is also a pathway towards formal accreditation and recognition by Tour Guides Australia, the peak national industry association.
